شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق تكملة في متجرك على سلة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، إلى جانب شروط سلة وسياستها لمتجر التطبيقات.
الخدمة
يعرض التطبيق في متجرك منتجات تُشترى عادةً مع المنتج المعروض أو مع ما في السلة، استنادًا إلى طلبات متجرك أو إلى اختياراتك، ويعرض لك أعداد مرات ظهورها والإضافة منها. الاقتراحات تقديرية مبنية على طلباتك السابقة، ولا نضمن زيادة محددة في المبيعات.
المحتوى
أنت مسؤول عن منتجاتك وأسعارها وعن المقترحات التي تختارها بنفسك. الأسعار والتوفر في الاقتراحات تُقرأ من متجرك لحظة العرض.
الاشتراك والفوترة
تتم الفوترة والفترة التجريبية والتجديد والإلغاء عبر سلة وحسب سياساتها. عند انتهاء الاشتراك يتوقف ظهور الاقتراحات في متجرك تلقائيًا.
توفر الخدمة
نسعى لتشغيل الخدمة باستمرار، لكن قد تتوقف مؤقتًا للصيانة أو بسبب أعطال لدى مزودي الخدمة أو سلة؛ وعندها يعمل متجرك كالمعتاد دون الاقتراحات.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو الأرباح الفائتة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال الشهر السابق للمطالبة.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط وننشر التحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using Takmila in your Salla store you agree to these terms, alongside Salla's terms and App Store policies.
The service
The app shows products usually bought with the product on view or with what's in the cart, based on your store's orders or your own picks, and shows you how often they were seen and added. Suggestions are estimates based on your past orders; we don't guarantee any particular increase in sales.
Content
You're responsible for your products and prices and for the suggestions you pick yourself. Prices and stock in the suggestions are read from your store when shown.
Subscription and billing
Billing, the free trial, renewals and cancellation go through Salla under its policies. When a subscription ends, the suggestions stop showing in your store automatically.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it may pause for maintenance or because of outages at our providers or Salla; your store then works as usual without the suggestions.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the month before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and post the update here with its date. Using the app after an update means you accept it.
